Community Yoga
Community Yoga Presented by the Integrative Wellness Club, the community yoga classes are open to all students, faculty, and staff. Classes will include gentle, therapeutic yoga postures, with breathing and meditation practices. Classes take place in Gym 2, Room 123, at 12:15 – 1 p.m. on Wednesdays: 03/06; 03/20; 04/10; 04/24; 05/08. The film will be shown with English subtitles at CCCPLX-216 Lecture Hall (second floor). This is the building next to the Student Center.
