Purpose of the GLADE Scholarship The purpose of the Gay and Lesbian Association of District Employees (GLADE) scholarship is to encourage and support NOCCCD students whose activities have contributed to the advancement of LGBTQ+ causes while fostering a positive image of the LGBTQ+ community.
