Fall 2024 Photography Exhibitions
The Cypress Photography Department is pleased to present Ed Heckerman’s solo exhibition, Recent Offerings. An evocative collection of photographic works that span seven years of artistic exploration. The exhibition showcases eight of Heckerman’s captivating series: Broken Rice Cosmos, Sokkan Another Present Era, The Local Elsewhere, Pinhole Pleasures, Glimmer, Memorial Kites, and Walkstreets Panoramas. The Cypress Photo Club proudly presents the board member show Tru Blue, along with Maria Calixto Martinez's Mi Mundo Azul. The Student Health & Wellness Center will be working with OC Behavioral Health Services – Alcohol & Drug Education & Prevention Team (ADEPT) to provide Naloxone/Opioid Overdose Training every month during the fall semester. These are free and open to all students/staff/faculty with Naloxone kits provided to all who attend. The goal of CA Senate Bill 367, Campus Opioid Safety Act is to educate campus communities to recognize and respond to opioid overdoses that can save a life.
