About Professor Martinez
Background
Over the last 19 years at Cypress College, Randy Martinez has taught courses that include General Psychology, Statistics, Research Methods, and Brain & Behavior. He has taught the Psychology of Sport at other institutions and consults in the area of sport psychology. Dr. Martinez continues to pursue research and application in sport psychology, learning and technology and other areas associated with human performance.
Education
He has a Ph.D. in The Psychosocial Aspects of Sport (Allied Area in Statistics & Research Design) from the University of Utah as well as an M.A. and B.A. in General/Experimental Psychology from San Jose State University.
Hobbies
Randy enjoys mountain biking, driving, and viewing acclaimed films.
