Welcome to the Cypress College School of Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management at the NOCCCD Anaheim Campus. Students may earn Associate of Science degrees, occupational certificates and transfer credit in hotel management, restaurant management, culinary arts and baking and pastry.

I have enjoyed teaching hospitality management classes at Cypress College since 1999. I hold the Certified Hospitality Educator certification from the American Hotel & Lodging Association and believe that learning is most effective when classes are hands on and interactive. I enjoy the small class sizes in our program and the opportunity to collaborate with students, especially in our student run restaurant, the Cypress Bistro.

Before Cypress College, I worked in all aspects of the hospitality industry from host to Vice President of Human Resources. Highlights of my career included working for Sheraton Hotels and King’s Seafood Company.

I look forward to learning more about you.
