De-Stress Map
The de-stress map is a resource for people seeking relaxing, calm spaces on campus. If you would like to connect with nature in an outdoor space, you can check out the Gateway Plaza, Garden Walkway, Pond, and Succulent Garden. The Art Gallery, ARISE center and CCCPLX 4th Floor Quiet Space are quiet indoor spaces to relax and unwind. If you’re looking to reduce stress with exercise, head on over to the Track for some walking.
