O'Cadiz Moctezuma's public artworks, Chicana/o and community-based murals, and studio-based practice made important, sometimes controversial, contributions to the cultural life of Orange County for over 50-years. Organized by the NOCCCD office of Diversity and Compliance and installed in the School of Fine Arts Lobby, Hostile Terrain is a global pop-up installation and wall-map about America's humanitarian crisis at the southern border.
