Educational and Facilities Master Plan (EFMP)
The EFMP serves as the districtwide long-term (10-year) plan to fulfill the mission, vision, and core values of the district. The strategic directions within the plan inform the college’s Strategic Plan goals and objectives.
Strategic Plan
The Strategic Plan is a short-term (3-year) plan that helps guide decision-making and resource allocation to fulfill the strategic direction, goals, and objectives outlined in the plan, and serves as the vehicle for implementing the Educational Master Plan (EMP).
