Student Learning Outcomes (SLOs)

Course student learning outcomes (CSLOs) are statements that specify what students will know, be able to do, or be able to demonstrate when they have completed or participated in an activity, project, course, and/or program. Outcomes are usually expressed as knowledge, skills, attitudes, or values.

The CSLO Assessment Status Report shows the overall percentage of courses assessed by the college, the percentage of courses assessed by each division, and the percentage of courses assessed by each department.

Starting in fall 2017, Cypress College began using eLumen to track and assess completion of CSLOs. The following links below relate to instructions for utilizing eLumen for CSLOs:
