Event details:
- The event will feature brief remarks from the Delta Sigma Theta Chapter President, and from Legacy Program students and professors, including Prof. Annette Letcher (English, Language Arts Division) and Prof. Regina Rhymes (Sociology, Social Sciences Division)!
- In the past months, we have facilitated a new community partnership between the Legacy Program and the OC Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta, Inc. (a Black Sorority).
- Delta Sigma Theta are donating nearly 100 new books to the Legacy Program, to support students’ educational success. The books will be housed in the Legacy Classroom.
- Together, let’s celebrate the many “gifts” that reading brings us all!
