MLC Tutor Job Description
MLC tutors provide one-on-one and small group tutoring to Cypress College students. Tutors must possess excellent interpersonal skills equal to their knowledge of their subject areas. MLC tutors come from all levels of education, so hiring is based primarily on the application, the interview process, and a copy of the applicant’s college transcripts. Tutors are scheduled at the beginning of each semester to work a set number of hours each week.
