Message from the Director
On behalf of all the hard-working staff in our department, I welcome you to peruse our website to learn a bit more about the non-instructional support services we perform daily. Our department is dedicated to ongoing service call response, and performing preventative maintenance duties on a regular basis to ensure all campus systems always remain fully operational. Our staff provides maintenance response to every aspect of the physical plant needs, from underground to roofing infrastructure.
We employ numerous eminently skilled journey-level trades, a very knowledgeable grounds team, a skilled facilities team, as well as our outstanding custodial services division. Our internal office and administrative staff are second-to-none and ensure open-order-tracking and payments are made in a timely manner. Our two managers on duty are most knowledgeable and qualified to oversee the aforementioned services, performing their duties admirably.
We use a state-of-the-art, work order system to track and assign all tasks, allowing campus users easy access to our services. We strive to respond to submitted service requests swiftly. Our staff is proud of this timely service response, as they take great pride in ensuring that the entire campus community benefits from all physical plant systems being operational and reliable for their ongoing use.
