  • Happy Hour: Time for Mental Well-Being: At a time of disconnect, Happy Hour is here to empower you and encourage you to prioritize your well-being. Join NAMI OC every month to get inspired by special guests and creatives. Sessions are free, anonymous, and meant for teens and young adults.
  • Peer-to-Peer: How to get support if you are living with a mental illness. If you are affected by mental illness, you are in a similar situation with many other individuals. Wondering how to get help? Peer-to-Peer is a 10-week program designed just for you.
