About
Sole Image is the English Department’s creative arts journal, designed and produced annually by students at Cypress College including the Creative Guild Club. Sole Image publishes prose, poetry, music, visual arts, and other artistic mediums. Our aim is to celebrate the diverse voices and artistry of our students here at Cypress College.
Who can submit to the journal?
All currently enrolled Cypress College students of all majors are eligible and encouraged to submit work.
What is the Creative Guild Club?
The Creative Guild is a student-run club bringing together students interested in fiction writing, poetry, visual art, music, and any other creative mediums. Current members of the club include students of all majors. We meet once a week as a club during the fall and spring semesters where we collaborate, build community, and share our work and what inspires us.
How can I become a part of the Sole Image staff or the Creative Guild Club?
We recommend coming to one of our Creative Guild meetings! All Chargers are welcome.
For spring 2024, the Guild meets on Wednesdays from 1:30-2:30 p.m. in Humanities 205. Please join us!
